I have been considering the female aesthetic and the use of alcohol inks for easy decoration of non porous surfaces. I like the juxtaposition between the use of ceramics and the illustration of the camel with rocket in this image. The modern age with an old twist.  Yes we associate Arabs with weapons of mass destruction, and riches. Porcelain is a medium you wouldn’t ordinarily associate with an image of this type, but also a medium that you would clearly identify as being a woman’s domain. That of fine china porcelain or crockery. I don’t know the artists interpretable meaning of this piece this is just my own meandering ramblings. I think this is a good example of how associated women’s media can penetrate the mindset of people beyond the obvious and convey a more political message of a deeper meaning; that of equality.
